Having hemorrhoids during pregnancy can be an annoying, painful and uncomfortable experience. Hemorrhoids during pregnancy is a common condition that will afflict a good majority of women. The main reason why women are more suspectible to getting hemorrhoids during pregnancy is because there is more pressure on the hemorrhoidial viens, caused from a lack of blood flow from the lower half of the body. Another common reason is that during pregnancy the vien walls can become weakened, are is more likely to swell.

And finally, heres something that can help relief constipation. While on the toilet sit in an upright position with your back straight. Once you are in this position, place your hands behind your head and lean back. Then rest your feet on a stool and raise your heals, as though tip toeing.
